INTapi integration services

API integration services so your systems finally talk to each other.

Our API integration services connect the software you already run, like your website, CRM, payment gateway, online shop and accounts, so orders, customers and payments move between them on their own. Each integration has retries, logs and alerts, so a failed sync gets noticed and fixed instead of quietly costing you money.

  • retries and replay built in
  • alerts when a sync fails
  • you own the code and accounts

definition

What are API integration services?

API integration services connect separate pieces of software through their APIs and webhooks, so data entered in one system appears in the others without anyone re-typing it. That might mean website enquiries creating CRM contacts, shop orders landing in your accounts, or payments updating a customer's record. A good integration also decides which system owns each field, handles the API being slow or down, and keeps a log you can check.

Websites, CRMs, payment gateways, shops, accounts, ERP and booking tools
Methods
REST APIs, webhooks and, where it's cheaper, an automation platform
Reliability
Retries, de-duplication, logs and alerts on every integration

Systems that don't talk to each other.

what's included

API integration, built to survive real traffic.

Connecting two systems on a quiet afternoon is easy. We build for duplicates, outages, renamed fields and rate limits.

01

Integration plan

We list the systems, the data that moves between them, which system owns each field and what should happen when things go wrong.

02

REST API and webhook integration

Secure connections using each platform's official API, with webhook signatures checked and access limited to what's needed.

03

CRM and ERP connectivity

Customers, deals, orders and stock kept in step between your CRM, ERP and the tools around them.

04

Payment and shop integration

Payments, refunds and orders from your payment gateway and online shop recorded in the right places, once.

05

Data synchronisation

Field mapping, de-duplication and back-filling of existing records, checked against totals so nothing is counted twice.

06

Monitoring and maintenance

Logs, alerts and replay for failed records, plus updates when a platform changes its API.

built to stay in sync

Connected on day one, or connected for good?

Most integration problems show up weeks later, as duplicates, gaps or numbers that don't reconcile.

how it works

From disconnected systems to data you can trust.

Four steps, starting with a free 20-minute call and a quote within 24 hours.

  1. 01

    Analyse your requirements

We review your systems, their APIs and limits, and the data that needs to move, including what already exists.

    → integration plan
  2. 02

    Agree the rules

Which system owns each field, how matches are found and what happens on errors, written down before any code.

    → mapping sheet
  3. 03

    Develop and connect

We build the integration with scoped credentials and test it against a sandbox or copies of real records.

    → tested integration
  4. 04

    Launch, monitor and maintain

We back-fill existing data, switch on monitoring and keep the integration working as platforms change.

    → live sync + log

If it has a documented API or webhooks, we can usually connect it. These are the ones we see most.

what drives the cost

How much does an API integration cost?

Four factors shape it. Choose what fits and we'll come back with an exact quote.

Systems

Each system adds authentication, mapping and testing.

Direction

Two-way syncs need conflict rules so systems don't overwrite each other.

Existing data

Back-filling means cleaning, matching and de-duplicating old records.

API quality

Older or poorly documented APIs take longer to work with safely.

faq

API integration questions.

API integration connects tools you already use through the APIs they provide. API development means designing and building a new API for your own platform. This page is about integration; if you need a new API, see our API development service.
Sometimes. Options include webhooks, scheduled exports, database connections or the vendor's import tools. If none of those is reliable, we'll tell you plainly rather than build something fragile, and suggest whether replacing the system is the better route.
For simple, low-volume connections an automation platform is often cheaper and quicker. Custom code makes sense for high volumes, complex rules or sensitive data. We'll compare running cost and reliability for your case and recommend one.
We agree how records are matched, such as email, customer ID or order number, use idempotent writes so retries don't create copies, and test with your real edge cases before launch. Existing duplicates can be cleaned up as part of the back-fill.
The integration retries with back-off when an API is busy or down and logs anything that fails. Unexpected data triggers an alert instead of being written blindly. Failed records can be replayed once the cause is fixed, so nothing is lost.
You do. Code, credentials and any platform accounts belong to your business, with documentation. Ongoing maintenance is available with no long lock-in contracts.
